Bring a coat and a torch!

It's half term (hurray), which means that the school is shut and we can’t run our normal Scout meetings (boo)! So we’re having a joint meeting at Ennerdale for Scouts from both Troops instead (hurray).

Come and join us on Thursday 29 October for widegames and possibly something involving food and fires.

If you want to join us, we’ll be meeting at Ennerdale Scout Centre at 7 pm, we should be finished between 9 & 9.30 pm. If you’re planning to come it would be helpful if you could let us know, but you’re still welcome to just turn up on the night!

You do NOT need to wear uniform but you do need to wear/bring the following:

• Warm, old clothes that can get muddy/smokey (no jeans, please)
• Waterproof coat (a proper hard-shell coat please, not just a fleece)
• Waterproof trousers
• Walking boots (or sturdy, waterproof shoes if you don’t have boots)
• A torch
• A drink

If the weather forecast is looking unsuitable we may cancel or change day at short notice so please check your emails.
