We've moved the members' pages so that they should be viewable to everyone without needing to sign-in. 

To view the pages click on the link on the top navigation bar between the links for the FAQ and Downloads pages.

If you want to post in the Marketplace you'll need to sign-in.  Leaders and members of the Group Executive will still need to sign in to access their pages.  Click the "Sign In" button on the navigation bar at the top of the page and enter your username and password.

If you've forgotten your user details or don't have a user account, please look at the FAQs further down this page.

 

I've logged-in but I can't access the page I was looking for!

If you've logged in successfully but still can't see the page you're looking for then we're very sorry - something's gone wrong with your user profile.  Please speak to your section leader or email the webmaster (either through the Contact page, or by emailing ku.gro.stuocsmahgnisneh@retsambew).  Let us know your username and the page you were trying to access and we'll get it fixed as soon as we can!

 

How do I get a username and password?

Please email the webmaster (either through the Contact page, or by emailing ku.gro.stuocsmahgnisneh@retsambew) to request an account.  We'll need to know your name, your email address and which section you belong to.  As soon as your account's been created we'll send you an email with your username and password.

 

Help!  I've forgotten my username or password - what do I do?

Don't panic! Click the "Sign In" button on the navigation bar and then follow the instructions underneath the normal sign-in boxes.  We'll send you an email with a reminder of your username, and a link to create a new password.  (Please check in your junk mail/spam folder, as well as in your normal inbox.)

 

Can I change my username or password?

You can change your password by following the instructions above for forgotten passwords.

Usernames can only be changed in exceptional circumstances, please contact the webmaster (either through the Contact page, or by emailing ku.gro.stuocsmahgnisneh@retsambew) to request a change.

 

Can I change the email address associated with my user account?
