Annual general meeting (AGM)

Our AGM is normally held towards the end of September and all of our volunteers, youth members and their parents are invited to attend.  It's normally a fun, social occasion and we try to keep the formal business as short as possible.  In recent years we've held a pinewood derby.

The formal part of the meeting is the chance for people to have a say on how the Group is run and during it we will review the accounts for the previous year and appoint the members of the Executive Committee.

Annual reports

Our annual report is formally presented at the AGM and contains a summary of the highlights of the year, plus a summary of our annual accounts:

Scout active support unit

Our Scout active support unit are a team of volunteers who don't work specifically with any of our youth sections but are available to help with camps and special events when our section leaders need an extra pair of hands.  Some of the team are skills instructors with specialist qualifications, helping us deliver a greater range of activities to our young people.
